On Sunday we took part in the first Zestival, a well-being festival day raising money for The Olive Tree at Crawley Hospital. We were face-painting (tattoo painting was equally popular). It was a beautiful day and the grounds around Meridian Hall in East Grinstead are beautiful which really did a little extra for the feel-good factor. There were lots of stalls offering all sorts from treatments like massage and reiki to jewellery and cooking parties. Our friend Mel who is a nutritionist (Eat Right Nutrition) comprised a healthy and tasty menu for the cafe, there was also home-cooked oriental food which was absolutely delicious, the sweet and sour sauce was really lovely and not a hint of MSG!
